West River Mental Health is accepting applications for an Addiction Counselor with our Full Circle program. The Addictions Counselor supervises the treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified consumers with chemical dependency addiction. Duties include providing case management, conducting diagnosis, assessments, and counseling as needed, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, documenting client activity, and providing supportive counseling to the client families regarding chemical dependency. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's in Human Services degree preferred. Ability to obtain ACT, CAC, or LAC certification with the State of SD. This job is a Section 3 eligible job opportunity.
