Job Overview Position Contingent Upon Federal Contract Award BFG Enterprises, LLC, in partnership with Tabula Rasa Therapy and Healing Communities USA, is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician for an anticipated federal outpatient/community-treatment program serving justice-involved adults in Rapid City. The ideal candidate has significant experience providing mental health, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorder treatment to individuals involved with the criminal-justice system . Responsibilities Conduct behavioral-health assessments and clinical interviews. Provide individual counseling. Facilitate structured group counseling. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Provide mental-health, substance-use-disorder and co-occurring treatment within professional scope of practice. Document client progress and prepare required clinical reports. Coordinate treatment with appropriate community-treatment and justice-system stakeholders. Identify changes in clinical risk and respond according to established crisis protocols. Maintain confidentiality, professional standards and timely documentation. Participate in quality-management and case-review activities. Required Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in an applicable behavioral-health field. Current and valid professional license authorizing the proposed services in South Dakota. Demonstrated clinical experience treating a criminal justice population. Experience performing assessments, treatment planning and psychotherapy/counseling. Experience providing individual and/or group counseling. Ability to work on-site in Rapid City. Ability to satisfy applicable federal suitability/background requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience treating substance use disorders . Experience treating mental-health disorders. Experience treating co-occurring disorders. Correctional, probation/parole, reentry or community-corrections experience. Crisis assessment/intervention experience. Ability to conduct a comprehensive diagnostic interview and produce a clinical report on an expedited basis. Experience with federal, military, VA, correctional or other government-supported healthcare programs. Application Requirements Submit a resume/CV showing: Professional license and state. $67,418.66 - $81,192.36 per year
