Job Description

Healing & Restorative Therapies (HART) is seeking a full-time licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our values-driven, women-owned private practice as an independent contractor. We are a collaborative team focused on helping adults and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development. Our environment prioritizes clinician wellness, professional autonomy, and meaningful connection—with both clients and colleagues. HART provides high-quality, individualized mental health services to private pay and commercially insured clients. Our offerings include on-site counseling and mental health medication management. We're committed to creating a practice where clinicians feel seen and supported—not overworked or burnt out. This contract position is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about clinical work and values authenticity, emotional intelligence, and professional growth. The incoming clinician will be expected to build and manage their own caseload while working collaboratively within a supportive, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, child, and/or family therapy Offer in-office and/or telehealth services (minimum 4 days/week) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in case consultation and team communication as needed Build and sustain a consistent caseload over time
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted license in Tennessee (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) Licensure in Virginia or North Carolina is a plus Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience Experience working with adults, adolescents, or both Trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally responsive approach Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism If you're looking for a practice that values autonomy, clinical excellence, and authentic connection, we'd love to hear from you.
