We are seeking compassionate and motivated Therapists to join our clinical team and provide high-quality care to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders . We welcome both Master's-level clinicians and independently licensed therapists interested in working in a structured, collaborative treatment environment.
Schedules Available:
Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, and Sunday-Thursday Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy as clinically appropriate Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation Develop individualized treatment goals based on client needs Collaborate with medical, clinical, nursing, case management, and support staff Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Support crisis intervention, discharge planning, and continuity of care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ensure services meet facility, state, and regulatory standards Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required Master's-level/pre-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply Licensed candidates must hold an active Tennessee LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or
LADAC II
Experience working with substance use disorders, mental health, or dual-diagnosis populations preferred Detox, residential, or other inpatient behavioral health experience is highly preferred Strong clinical documentation, communication, and crisis-management skills
