Role:

The Neighborhood Clinic in Northwest TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling services to a diverse client population Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals Participate in regular clinical supervision as required by LPC-A licensure guidelines Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support client mental health goals Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the

Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors Requirements:

Active LPC-Associate (LPC-A) license issued by the State of Texas Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Ability to work under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach Experience or coursework in trauma-informed care, CBT, or other evidence-based practices preferred Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
