Exceptional Wellness, Inc. is a community-based mental health organization committed to supporting individuals and families in achieving lasting emotional wellness. We're currently seeking a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join our growing team and provide compassionate, client-centered care throughout Texas. This is a flexible role with both full-time and part-time hours available . Clinicians have the freedom to create their own schedules in collaboration with their clients . Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and evaluate client concerns, strengths, and resources. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs. Provide counseling using evidence-based and culturally sensitive interventions. Promote healthy coping strategies, self-reflection, and interpersonal growth. Monitor and document treatment progress, symptoms, and client engagement. Adjust therapeutic interventions based on ongoing assessments. Maintain clinical documentation and prepare appropriate referrals when necessary. Engage clients with empathy, warmth, and professionalism throughout the therapeutic process. Educate clients on emotional and financial aspects of treatment when needed.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Counseling or a related mental health field. Current registration as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in the state of Texas (NO LPC-I) . Bilingual ANSA Certification

Certification
CANS 6-17
Certification Experience in providing direct therapeutic services (supervised experience is acceptable). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to culturally competent care. Community-oriented and responsive to client diversity. Ability to work independently and travel for community-based services.
Preferred:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
