Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on client goals and outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical standards Participate in clinical supervision or team meetings as required Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active LPC license in the state of Texas Demonstrated experience providing CBT in clinical settings Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment Comfortable using EHR systems and and telehealth platforms Bilingual -
