About the Role We are seeking a licensed professional counselor or licensed mental health counselor to join us at TeamHealth, the largest and stable group practice in the United States. This position offers the opportunity to provide patient care within skilled nursing facilities while enjoying the flexibility of completing documentation from home.
Role Overview Schedule:
flexible schedule working 1 day per week within Monday to Friday Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds to assigned patients Complete documentation remotely (TeamHealth provides iPad or laptop), within 48 hours of patient visit Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and therapy sessions Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care Ensure accurate and timely documentation Requirements The following backgrounds are acceptable: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Experience with EMR EPIC or Gehrimed is helpful but not required Strong organizational skills required, especially with patient documentation Expected compensation is estimated range of $16,336 - $19,603 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
