Key Responsibilities Group Therapy:
Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage connection and shared experiences among clients, fostering an environment of mutual support.
Individual Therapy:
Provide personalized, empathy-driven counseling sessions that help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop effective coping strategies and individualized action plans.
Treatment Planning:
Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans addressing their specific needs, preferences, and objectives to track progress effectively.
Progress Monitoring:
Regularly evaluate client progress utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies, adapting treatment approaches as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. Regular communication and coordination with team members will be key in managing complex cases. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom face significant mental health challenges. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is designed to provide evidence-based holistic treatment tailored to their specific needs. You will play a crucial role in guiding these clients toward recovery and empowerment, assisting them in overcoming obstacles to their personal growth and well-being.
Qualifications Education:
A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
Licensure:
Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas is mandatory.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect and engage effectively with clients and their families. Preferred Experience Experience working with young adults in therapeutic settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and holistic approaches to mental health is a plus. Telehealth experience and proficiency with virtual therapy tools and platforms would be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits Bright View offers a competitive salary range of
USD 85,000 - 100,000
annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
