The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) provides skills training, case management, and community-based support services to individuals and families navigating behavioral health and social stability challenges. This role focuses on hands-on, community-centered engagement to address mental health needs and Social Determinants of Health barriers. Core Responsibilities Direct Client Support Provide skills training and psychoeducation services. Assist clients in achieving treatment plan goals. Support crisis intervention as directed by clinical leadership. Document services in compliance with regulatory standards. Case Management & SDOH Navigation Assist clients with housing applications, employment referrals, and public benefits. Connect clients to community resources and support systems. Support clients in developing life skills and self-sufficiency. Organizational Contribution Participate in team meetings and case consultations. Maintain compliance with documentation standards. Uphold mission-driven professionalism as a Humanitarian.
Requirements:
What You Bring Required:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. QMHP certification (or eligibility) in Texas. Experience working with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience working with underserved populations. Bilingual abilities. Compensation & Structure Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Hybrid and community-based service model.
