This role involves providing hands-on support, counseling, and case management to help young people manage challenges and build positive skills. What You'll Be Doing Provide counseling and support to youth and families. Assist with crisis situations and behavioral concerns. Help clients improve coping, communication, and emotional regulation skills. Create and follow individualized service plans. Keep client records and progress notes up to date. Coordinate with schools, CPS, probation, case managers, and other providers. Attend client meetings, appointments, and other activities when needed. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training. Basic Qualifications You may qualify with one of the following: Physician Master's degree in Psychology or a related human-services field and 1 year of clinical experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work and 1 year of clinical experience with youth Registered Nurse with 1 year of clinical experience with children or adolescents Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, or a related field and 1 year of clinical experience Internships, practicums, field experience, and direct work with youth with mental health or behavioral needs may count toward clinical experience.
