Addictions Counselor - LCDC, LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT, LCDCi, or Ci Midland, TX Full-time Full-time The Springboard Center, the leading alcohol and drug treatment facility in the Permian Basin, is seeking a qualified professional to join our dedicated team. We are committed to promoting sobriety and supporting 12-step programs.

Qualifications:

Current licensure in one of the following: LCDC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or equivalent. Personal experience in recovery is a plus, but not required. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Program Supervisor to support the clinical operations of The Springboard Center's programs. Provide direct client services, including individual counseling, group therapy, didactic sessions, family education, and counseling. Manage cases efficiently by ensuring all treatment documentation, reports, and necessary forms are submitted in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in program development and staff training initiatives. Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to team discussions. Develop and coordinate individualized aftercare and discharge plans, focusing on the unique needs of each client and optimizing the use of family and community resources. Conduct initial evaluations and psychosocial assessments as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor or Director of Clinical Services, within the scope of your licensure.
