Job Description

Job Summary Attention LPC-Associates!! Are you READY to get your hours? We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, energetic and highly motivated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals and families addressing a variety of mental health issues. This role requires a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans. The Therapist will work collaboratively with clients to promote emotional well-being and personal growth. We have a well established team who is ready to support you as we have served the area for more than 28 years! Duties Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' needs. Provide individual and family therapy sessions. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions when necessary. Address crisis situations effectively through crisis management strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to coding standards. Stay informed about best practices in mental health care and engage in continuous professional development. Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Valid state licensure as a therapist (LPC-A) Experience in child family counseling or willingness to work with children and families is preferred. Experience or willingness to work with couple is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth services and technology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds with an overall good client retention rate. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.

$60,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
