Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling services to patients and their families. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Assess patients' mental health needs and work to develop a therapeutic rapport. Address issues related to mental health disorders, family dynamics, self-esteem, life skills, and other personal challenges. Maintain a caseload of patients, managing progress and adjusting treatment goals as necessary. Contribute to the overall patient recovery process by helping patients work toward their goals for change.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Texas license as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisionally licensed individuals (LPC-associate, MSW, LMFT-associate) are encouraged to apply. A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling from an accredited college or university. Experience in mental health and addiction is required. However, training is available for less experienced clinicians. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Position Details:
Full-time position with hours from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay range:
$50,000 - $65,000, based on experience and credentials. Full-time employees (32+ hours) are eligible for benefits after 45 days, including paid time off and paid holidays.
