• Position Overview:

• We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health and substance use issues. You will develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methods. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings. Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to standards. Offer crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families. Ensure services follow best practices, ethical, and legal guidelines.

• Qualifications:

• Master's in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical hours. At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients. Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments. Compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented.
