Job Description

Lighthouse 1 LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to provide clinical services to girls ages 8-17 residing in our therapeutic group home. The clinician will play a key role in supporting residents through assessment, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop, implement, and update Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). Provide individual, group, and family therapy. Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Complete progress notes, quarterly and annual reviews, discharge summaries, and other required documentation. Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support. Collaborate with direct care staff, the Case Manager, psychiatrists, schools, DSS, CSA, medical providers, and other community partners. Ensure documentation complies with DBHDS, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency standards. Prepare reports as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. Active Virginia LMHP license required. No LMHP Residents, Supervisees, or Trainees. Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Experience working with children and adolescents with mental health and behavioral challenges preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and person-centered treatment planning. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check and Child Protective Services Central Registry search. What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
