We are seeking an LPC Resident who is passionate about helping others while developing their clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, child, adolescent, and family counseling services Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with schools, physicians, and community providers as appropriate Participate in supervision and professional development activities Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or related field Registered Virginia LPC Resident in Counseling Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for serving women, children, and families Desire to learn, grow, and develop clinical expertise Experience with children, play therapy, family systems, or trauma-informed care is preferred but not required Why Intrinseq Counseling? Our current team includes a Licensed Professional Counselor, dedicated administrative support, and additional clinicians joining as we continue to expand. Our long-term vision extends beyond traditional counseling services. We hope to create a comprehensive wellness space for women and children that includes support groups, wellness programming, kid yoga, massage therapy, educational opportunities, and other community-centered resources that promote healing and well-being. Pay:
$58.00 - $62.00 per hour
