As a therapist, you'll receive: Private office in our Glen Allen location Administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing Consultative relationships with experienced clinicians Company-issued iPad Flexible scheduling Opportunities for professional growth and collaboration Your Role Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with physicians, schools, psychiatrists, and other community providers. Qualifications Active Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice Compensation As a W-2 employee, you'll receive: $70-$80 per hour , based on experience and clinical expertise.
