Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our growing inpatient substance abuse treatment team. The ideal candidate will hold an active Virginia LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSATP license and be passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting recovery. Previous experience in an inpatient behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment setting is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in a primary substance abuse inpatient program. Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic groups focused on addiction recovery and relapse prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to client care planning. Qualifications Active Virginia licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSATP required. Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Experience in an inpatient behavioral health or substance abuse treatment setting is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and group facilitation skills. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
