About us Harvest Outreach Center is a unique nonprofit looking for positive team players to provide Therapeutic Day Treatment/Mental Health services for the 2023-2024 school year for the schools we serve in Amherst and Campbell Counties. The focus of the program includes therapeutic interventions paired with education and mental health treatment. Students in the program receive services to include: group and individual counseling, psycho-educational groups, social skills guidance, medication education, and skill-building instruction.
