trained or certified (a plus, not required) Clinicians available for 1-2 evenings per week are preferred to more quickly develop a full caseload. Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual compensation ranges from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on the clinician's number of completed appointments. The position includes a guaranteed starting base salary (an average caseload of 22 weekly completed sessions) of $65,000. Additional compensation is provided for each completed session beyond 22 sessions per week. Clinicians maintaining a standard full-time caseload (25 weekly completed sessions) can expect to earn approximately $70,000-75,000 or more annually, with increased compensation for appointments completed above the standard full-time caseload.
