Job Overview Counsel RVA is an established and growing outpatient group practice in Midlothian, VA seeking a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to join our collaborative team. We provide consistent referrals, strong administrative support, and a professionally run environment that allows clinicians to focus on high-quality clinical care rather than scheduling, billing, or marketing. What We Offer Competitive guaranteed base salary plus uncapped bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $65,000-$90,000 annually. This Role Is a
