Job Overview Counsel RVA is an established and growing outpatient group practice in Midlothian, VA seeking a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to join our collaborative team. We provide consistent referrals, strong administrative support, and a professionally run environment that allows clinicians to focus on high-quality clinical care rather than scheduling, billing, or marketing. What We Offer Competitive guaranteed base salary plus uncapped bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $65,000-$90,000 annually. Are a fully licensed clinician seeking a stable, consistent caseload Are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care Want to build and maintain a consistent caseload in an established practice Enjoy collaborating with experienced clinicians in a supportive team environment Prefer to spend your time serving clients rather than managing billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks Minimum Qualifications Masters Degree in relevant field Unrestricted, active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Virginia This opening is not available as a residency or supervised licensure position. Ability to reliably commute to the office location Successful background check prior to onboarding Preferred Qualifications Currently paneled with insurance (a plus, not required)
EMDRIA EMDR
trained or certified (a plus, not required) Clinicians available for 1-2 evenings per week are preferred to more quickly develop a full caseload. Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual compensation ranges from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on the clinician's number of completed appointments. The position includes a guaranteed starting base salary (an average caseload of 22 weekly completed sessions) of $65,000. Additional compensation is provided for each completed session beyond 22 sessions per week. Clinicians maintaining a standard full-time caseload (25 weekly completed sessions) can expect to earn approximately $70,000-75,000 or more annually, with increased compensation for appointments completed above the standard full-time caseload. Eligible employees receive paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, training stipend and a retirement plan with employer matching.
