At Anchoring Hope Counseling, we provide a practice where your focus goes into making a difference in clients' lives. We take care of the administrative, billing, and business details so you can focus on providing high-quality care. Start part-time and transition to full-time as your caseload grows, with full-time averaging 20 clients per week. Requirements Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field Valid Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) Applicant must be Virginia resident due to insurance requirements Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and insurance-compliant documentation Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems Responsibilities Provide therapy to clients, consistently billing on average 20 hours per week Diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation Manage your schedule and client follow-ups Collaborate with client treatment teams and staff for coordinated care Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities Why Join Anchoring Hope Counseling?

Salary Range Note:
Range shows average income from 10 one hour sessions to 25 one hour sessions/week.
