Job Description
Northwest Counsel is growing its team of in person therapists! At Northwest Counsel we are committed to paying our therapists a real, respectful wage. Our rates typically land our current therapists around the $54
- 65/session hour range.
We also believe in hiring people as employees not contractors, meaning you benefit from employee protections and receive employee benefits. When it comes to support, we have a weekly team meeting to consult, joke, share strategies, and generally encourage each other. Additionally, if you are an associate, you benefit from weekly one-on-one time with your supervisor, helping you achieve your goal of becoming fully licensed even faster. We have a great referral network (both within the community and with insurance companies) as well as a referral coordinator to get you a full case load in no time. At this time we have a large wait-list waiting for a therapist and would love that to be you. We have an extra long wait-list for kids, teens, and families looking for therapy. We offer medical and dental benefits, paid sick leave, paid time off, yearly continuing education credits, a retirement account with some matching, and flexible work hours for those who qualify for full-time status therapists. Northwest Counsel won't cap how many clients you can to see
- your income potential is up to you.
As an employee, all the hard stuff is taken care of for you. You don't have to worry about advertising for clients, building up your community reputation, or dealing with insurance billing. We've got that covered. Most importantly, at Northwest Counsel, you'll be working for a group practice that truly thrives on relationship, both within our office with each other and also within our community. Northwest Counsel is locally owned, built by therapists for therapists. We have worked hard at having a stellar reputation in our community as a place therapists want to land.
