Licensed Mental Health ProfessionalPart-Time During Credentialing | Full-Time Opportunity After 90 Days First Things First 123 LLC Olympia, Washington First Things First 123 LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team. We are an established substance use disorder treatment facility expanding our services to provide integrated mental health support. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable clinician who is excited to work side-by-side with our SUD professionals and support individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns . Position & Growth Opportunity This position will begin part-time while the selected clinician completes the credentialing process with multiple insurance companies. Our goal is to build the clinician's caseload during this credentialing period, with a full-time position being offered after 90 days , based on successful credentialing and the needs of the program. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to grow with an established behavioral health agency as we expand our mental health services. Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations Provide individual mental health counseling Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Support clients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Collaborate closely with SUDPs, clinical supervisors, and other members of the treatment team Participate in case consultation and care coordination Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Coordinate referrals and outside services when clinically appropriate Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality Follow applicable Washington State requirements, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and agency policies Support First Things First's abstinence-based treatment philosophy while providing appropriate mental health care
Qualifications Required:
Current Washington State credential appropriate for providing mental health services within the scope of the position Education and clinical experience appropriate to the applicable credential Strong clinical documentation and treatment-planning skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Commitment to ethical, respectful, and client-centered care
Preferred:
Experience working with substance use disorders Experience treating co-occurring disorders Outpatient behavioral health experience Familiarity with CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches Experience working with insurance-based behavioral health services Schedule & Employment Part-time to start Initial 90-day period will allow for credentialing with multiple insurance companies and development of the clinician's caseload Full-time position offered after 90 days , based on successful credentialing and program needs Opportunity to become an integral part of First Things First's expanding mental health program About First Things First 123 LLC First Things First 123 LLC provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment with an emphasis on abstinence, accountability, honesty, recovery, and long-term behavioral change.
