In partnership with Systeme.io's innovative culture, you will deliver individual and group therapy through secure digital platforms, complete comprehensive assessments, and create evidence-based treatment plans. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, use electronic health records and outcome data to guide care, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital workflows and patient experience. This role offers professional growth in a supportive, innovation-driven setting. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy via secure digital platforms to Kaiser Permanente members Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and care managers to coordinate integrated care Use EHR and digital tools to document sessions, track progress, and manage caseload Deliver brief, goal-focused interventions suited to a tech-enabled healthcare environment Support crisis triage, safety planning, and referrals to higher levels of care as needed Participate in case consultations, supervision, and interdisciplinary team meetings Apply data-informed practices and outcome measures to improve care quality Maintain licensure, ethical standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements Contribute feedback to improve digital workflows and patient experience Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis Evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT) Treatment planning and documentation Telehealth service delivery Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency Crisis intervention and risk assessment Integrated care and interdisciplinary collaboration Outcome measurement and data-informed practice Behavioral health compliance and HIPAATime management and caseload management
