Job Description

Child and Teen Solutions (CATS) is currently looking to fill one position for a full-time therapist, with flexible start date options. We are considering candidates who are fully licensed who are interested in ongoing mentoring by expert practitioners. CATS is a growing group practice focused on providing child treatment and evaluation services. The practice is in the heart of Madison Park in Seattle, with beautiful lake-view offices. The position is a W-2 (employee) role. Supervision and/ or mentorship is available. We require at least three years of experience working with children, teens, and parents. We welcome candidates with a child clinical, counseling, or school psychology background. Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders and families is ideal. Applicants should be familiar with cognitive-behavioral and other evidence-based approaches to treatment (such as exposure techniques, PCIT, Incredible Years). We are prioritizing candidates who offer behavioral/ cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, and attachment-based interventions. Individual play therapy is not a service that we offer at CATS. Our practice is a great fit for practitioners who want to work in a private practice without the hassles of running a business. We value a warm and supportive practice culture as well as creatively delivered, state-of-the-art care for our clients. We are currently operating as a hybrid of in-person and remote services to our clients. We are also a learning community, with an emphasis on staying up to date with evidence-based topics and ongoing in-house education opportunities. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive Regence health insurance plan for full-time practitioners. Compensation is competitive for the Seattle area and is based on experience and licensure.
