Qualifications A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential. A minimum of four years of recent experience in delivering geriatric counseling and mental health support. Exceptional communication skills and an ability to develop rapport with elderly clients and their families.
