Description:
We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Lead Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled bartender who can deliver exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting a high-performing bar team. This is a Full-time position; you will be working the main shifts and first called to cover call outs. $19.50 per hour plus tips. Responsibilities Lead daily bar operations and set the standard for service excellence Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency Train, mentor, and support bartending staff Maintain inventory, order supplies, and monitor product usage Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies Assist with menu development, seasonal cocktails, and beverage promotions Handle guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences Fill in when need for call outs Qualifications 3+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays MAST and Food Handler Permit Required What We Offer Competitive pay plus tips Supportive team environment Employee discounts and benefits (where applicable) Benefits to those who qualify
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age. Be Comfortable working alone. Ability to carry and change 87 lb kegs.
