Job Description

Adventist Health seeks a Behavioral Health Counselor to provide compassionate, faith-informed counseling for diverse patients. In this role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor progress, document in the EHR, provide crisis intervention, and support whole-person wellness-mind, body, and spirit. This position supports our mission-driven, inclusive culture through ethical practice, education, and community-focused behavioral health services.
