SUD Counselor

Wood Violet Recovery is looking for a CSAC to help lead our therapeutic and educational group programming for our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. This role is ideal for someone who excels in group facilitation and enjoys a structured, collaborative clinical environment. An individual caseload may be also be assigned.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily therapeutic, educational, and process groups (primary duty). Maintain group curriculum and documentation. Provide individual counseling as needed. Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings. Support client engagement, safety, and progress.

What You'll Bring:

Active CSAC in the state of Wisconsin (required). High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience working with individuals with substance use disorders. Valid WI Driver's License. Ability to pass background checks and drug screen. CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
