As we continue to grow to meet the rising demand for mental health services, we're expanding our multidisciplinary clinical team — and we're looking for dedicated therapists (LCSWs, LCPC's, LSW's, and LPC's) who want to make a real impact. Responsibilities:
Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria. Provide comprehensive, evidenced based psychotherapeutic interventions both in-person and via secure telehealth. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers. Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling or Social Work Active Clinical Mental Health License (LCSW or LPC) in adherence with state board requirements. Previous experience working with evidence based modalities, interventions and treatment plan formulation. Prior experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adult populations required.
