This full-time, day-shift role involves coordinating a compassionate team, ensuring safety, and managing daily operations of behavioral health units. The position requires exercising independent judgment on clinical and operational issues, contributing to strategic planning, fiscal accountability, and resource utilization.

Qualifications include:

Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license upon hire At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health or social services Minimum of 3 years in management or supervision Key skills and duties: Leading teams to deliver ethical, patient-centered care aligned with standards, fostering teamwork and change, developing clinical programs, and managing resources effectively.
