Behavioral Health Experience Preferred About the Role We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to provide evidence-based outpatient behavioral health services for individuals and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy, coordinate care, and deliver crisis intervention services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual, family, group, and marital therapy using Trauma-Informed Care principles. Deliver crisis intervention, care coordination, patient advocacy, motivational interviewing, and referrals to appropriate community resources. Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation while meeting clinical productivity and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ), Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist ( LMFT ) preferred (clinical supervision available for license-eligible candidates). Valid Alaska Driver's License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire. Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, HIPAA compliance, and evidence-based therapy practices.
