Los Angeles, CA Job Details Contract $150 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Clinical case management notes Initial patient assessment Driver's License Clinical assessment documentation Full Job Description Seeking California-licensed LCSWs and LMFTs for flexible, field-based behavioral health assignments throughout Los Angeles County. Clinicians meet patients in their current setting, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, residential settings, or the community, including patients transitioning home after discharge.
Compensation:
$150 flat rate per completed assessment, inclusive of travel, assessment, and documentation. Responsibilities Complete an initial biopsychosocial assessment Identify behavioral health needs and follow-up needs Complete required clinical documentation Provide a brief technology/telehealth tutorial for future behavioral health sessions Coordinate follow-up with the behavioral health team Requirements Active California LCSW or LMFT license Professional liability/malpractice insurance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current automobile insurance Ability to provide a completed W-9 Strong assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently in facility and community settings Flexible assignments based on your availability and preferred geographic area.
