The role of the BHS is to help the primary care provider and team improve their effectiveness and efficiency in managing the whole patient, focusing on the mental, behavioral and psychosocial challenges that often emerge in the primary care setting. Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.

Upon hire:

California Clinical Social Worker License. 3 years' work related experience. Experience working with underserved, vulnerable populations.

Preferred Qualifications:
