GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for the development and implementation of person-centered treatment plans that seek to resolve the current presenting difficulty and support the individual in stepping down to less intensive community settings as quickly as possible. Additional support in the areas of medication management, resource connection (e.g., housing resources, AOD, PCP, OP, etc.), counseling and advocacy will be provided as needed.DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This is an at-will direct service position within a program. The position employee is responsible for assisting and advocating for our members in all areas of treatment and helps them in addressing barriers that prevent them from achieving chosen meaningful roles as well as supporting opportunities for clients to make informed decisions regarding their mental health treatment in order to enhance quality of life roles.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
Education, Training and Experience:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field and two (2) years varied experience as a provider of mental health services; valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)LICENSES

California driver's license & current vehicle insurance/registration Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM
