This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position in the School-Based Outpatient Services Program in the Family and Children Division of Gardner's Behavioral Health Department. These positions are based out of the Corporate Offices located at 160 E Virginia St, San Jose, CA 95112. Under general supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Specialist provides assessments and related psycho social services to children 6-21 and their families. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and performs the duties outlined in the attached job flyer. The School Linked Services program is geared to school-aged children within the San Jose Unified School District System. Services include individual and group counseling, case management, family support, home based support and crisis support. Minimum Qualifications:
