Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) seeks a Bilingual Licensed Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, families, and refugees across Florida. In this role, you will complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. You will respond to crises, coordinate care with internal teams and community partners, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities Provide bilingual clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans for children and families. Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices. Offer crisis intervention, safety planning, and coordination with emergency or community resources as needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records and meet regulatory and agency standards. Collaborate with case managers, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to support client goals. Participate in case staffing, supervision, and team meetings to ensure high-quality, client-centered care. Educate clients and families on mental health, coping skills, and available community supports. Uphold LSF's mission, cultural values, and ethical standards in all client and community interactions.
