Oversees patient evaluation and treatment planning and monitors patient progress. Coordinates with the rest of the mental health team, including doctors and nurses, to establish these plans.

Job Qualifications Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree Required in Human Services/Social Work or related degree. Candidates with degrees outside Human Services may also qualify with additional relevant experience. Minimum 1 year working with severely emotionally disturbed children (or 3 years if degree is outside of Human Services) Florida Driver's License with access to a reliable, insured vehicle Can work Mon-Fri, 8-5pm, with flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed Completion of AHCA-approved Targeted Case Management certification training within three months of hire Why People Stay at CHS?
