Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Evolution's Treatment Center is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group and individual settings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
  • Licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with other professionals.
Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental/substance abuse issues Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues Provide prevention-oriented therapy Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields Familiarity with community mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities
