The clinician will provide high-quality individual mental health services to adult patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and ongoing clinical support. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing patient-centered care while maintaining professional, ethical, and confidential standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and clinical evaluations. Provide individual psychotherapy and evidence-based behavioral health interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, psychiatric providers, and other healthcare professionals as needed. Provide appropriate referrals and coordination of care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions when appropriate. Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

Active Florida license as an LCSW or

LCMH/LMHC

, as applicable. Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. Clinical experience providing psychotherapy preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
