Hope Atlanta is in search of a qualified and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to fill the role of Behavioral Health Clinician. This essential position is focused on providing exceptional mental health services to individuals in crisis, promoting recovery and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough psychosocial and crisis evaluations to assess mental health needs of clients. Providing clinical case management, ensuring coordinated and individualized care for clients. Offering brief psychotherapy focused on quick stabilization and symptom management. Engaging in crisis intervention to provide immediate support and coping strategies for clients in distress. Supervising and mentoring clinical interns, fostering their professional development. Collaborating with the Senior Director of Programs and Clinical Services to implement and refine clinical practices. Executing additional clinical responsibilities as directed by the Senior Director, adapting to the changing needs of the organization and its clients.

Qualifications:

Valid LCSW Experience in mental health settings, particularly in crisis intervention and case management. Competency in conducting psychosocial assessments and providing brief psychotherapy.
