Within the Social Work, Case Management, and Social Services department, the Manager Behavioral Health Social Work will help shape coordinated, equitable care for patients and families facing behavioral, psychosocial, and resource-related challenges. The Social Work Manager Behavioral Health will report to senior clinical or operational leadership and receive support from experienced hospital executives, department leaders, and interdisciplinary partners. Responsibilities will include overseeing daily social work operations, mentoring team members, promoting regulatory compliance, managing performance and quality initiatives, supporting complex behavioral health cases, and strengthening patient-centered workflows.
