Required License —

MUST HAVE

Applicants must hold an active Illinois LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) license. Applicants without one of these licenses will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee the operation of the company's Behavioral Health Center. Develop policies, procedures, templates, and programs for Mental Health Case Management, Community Support, and Client-Centered Consultation . Supervise Mental Health Professionals and ensure services and work output comply with Illinois HFS and DHS standards . Obtain and maintain Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) accreditation . Develop and manage systems for onboarding new clients. Conduct or oversee family consultations to review client needs, assess psychosocial needs, educate families regarding available services and treatment philosophy, and coordinate the start of services. Develop client handbook materials, consent forms, and related onboarding documents. Lead team meetings to facilitate the successful start of client services. Build and maintain professional relationships with MCOs, social service organizations, schools, psychologists, developmental pediatricians, early intervention providers, and other therapy providers . Develop a strong referral network to generate new client referrals and coordinate outside referrals when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Active Illinois LCSW or LCPC license required Experience in behavioral health, mental health, case management, or community-based services Knowledge of Illinois HFS/DHS and Medicaid requirements Experience supervising clinical or case-management staff preferred Experience developing behavioral health programs, policies, and procedures preferred Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and community outreach skills
