Job Overview SNF Behavioral is a growing behavioral health organization providing psychosocial therapy and behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. We are currently seeking LCSWs, LCPCs, and LMFTs to join our team in the Coles County / Mattoon, IL area . The Opportunity As a Behavioral Health Clinician , you will provide direct behavioral health and psychosocial therapy services to residents in SNF and LTC settings. You will work closely with residents, facility staff, physicians, nursing teams, social services, and other healthcare professionals to identify behavioral health needs and provide ongoing therapeutic support.
