Lead Program Therapist
  • Social Services $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Schedule Tuesday
  • Saturday (8-hour shifts 8am

The Lead Program Therapist performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio psychosocial needs while enabling them to access therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can provide information and referrals as needed, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients and their families. Conduct individual/couples/family counseling with a focus on engagement, collaboration, and problem-solving. Collaborate with community agencies for patient assessment and services. Evaluate and document the effectiveness of interventions and patient responses. Assess patients' psychosocial, educational, and behavioral functioning and document updates. Utilize age-specific considerations in treatment planning. Respond promptly to social work service requests. Contribute to the effective functioning of the patient's program and meet social work needs. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings. Ensure specific, measurable goals and interventions are defined. Adhere to specific standards for the care of diverse patient populations. Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric emergencies. Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
Education & Education:
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
Licensure:
Must possess an Illinois State license in social work or clinical related mental health field, or receive license within 6 months of employment

Compensation:
This is a Full-Time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $65,000
  • $75,000 salary with a $2,000 Sign On Bonus .
