Job Description
We welcome beginners and advanced clinicians to apply! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Clinician to join our team, providing services under the Indiana Medicaid waiver. This role involves working with families, children, and adults, offering a unique opportunity to put your expertise to work while you progress toward licensure in BCBA, Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, school psychology, or a related applied health service area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of individuals, ensuring service delivery within contract hours and meeting billable requirements. Conduct comprehensive assessments and observations. Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans. Prepare detailed and timely reports. Collaborate with families and other team members to provide holistic support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Travel up to 2 hours from home as needed for client visits. Work evenings and weekends as necessary to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or a related applied health service area. Experience working with individuals with disabilities. In the process of obtaining BCBA, Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling licensure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to obtain 10 CEUs per year. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
