Must possess a Master of Social Work degree or any other degree that meet the standards for Indiana licensure as a clinical social worker or mental health counselor. An Indiana LCSW or LMHC is strongly preferred. Must possess a good driving record, valid driver's license, and a registered four-wheeled vehicle. Case Manager Case Managers perform a variety of clinical tasks such as conducting client intakes, participating in treatment and discharge planning, executing treatment plans, performing individual and group services, and ensuring that clients receive necessary follow-up care and assistance. We currently have positions available within these departments: Adults, Child & Adolescent, and Children & Family Home/Community-Based Services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Addictionology, or a health related field with at least two years of post-degree experience working in behavioral health. Prior service in a community mental health center is preferred. Must possess a good driving record, valid driver's license, and a registered vehicle.
