SOCIAL WORKER - LCSW-UHR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH 4W

The LCSW provides advanced clinical assessment and leadership in managing complex psychosocial cases. You would ensure effective care planning, crisis intervention, and seamless coordination across the continuum of care. This role reports to the Director.
