Pay Rate:

$30/hr Key Responsibilities Manage assigned caseload for individuals recovering from substance use disorders

Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and aftercare coordination

Support medication management and safety planning needs

Coordinate with families, referral sources, and community providers

Assist with transportation and continuing care arrangements

Complete documentation and case management records in a timely manner

Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and milieu management

Facilitate educational, wellness, and recovery-focused group activities

Help identify aftercare resources and community support services Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Human Services or related field

2-3 years of experience in chemical dependency, behavioral health, or substance use treatment preferred

Knowledge of community recovery and aftercare resources

Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) preferred

Ability to complete CPI and CPR certification/training
